I cancelled delivery of my sofa that was purchased on EBAY. I explained to Jackie at A.C. Delivers that I was able to find a local mover who could deliver my sofa in a much quicker timeframe. She told me that was fine and that a refund check would be issued to me within five to ten business days. Jackie acknowledged my follow up email regarding A.C. Delivers verbal agreement of the refund. Several months later despite numerous phone calls and an email the company has not responded to my requests. I have yet to receive my refund. A.C. Delivers requires customers to pay the full amount upfront.in good faith, I did so. However, to my misfortune the company failed to live up to its promise.
