EZ Grant Pro It was supposed to cost $1.97 for info and they took $75 from my checking account

I was looking into getting a grant to pay off my debts. I came across EZ Grant. It said it only cost $1.97 to have info sent to you in the mail. A week later $75 had been taken out of my checking account without my permission. I never even received the info in the mail so why would I be charged for anything?
