This is a warning for this website& VERALOVESPELLS.com— her website says MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and accepts PAYPAL payments (as that is the only way I pay to avoid scams on the net) HOWEVER, paypal does not REFUND when the transaction falls under SERVICES... If you read the fine print of her website, it claims that the products are for ENTERNTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY in her terms and conditions.
I contacted Vera through her website before I thought about this. I received with enthusiasm a reply that my issue would be easy and I deserve to be happy. However the enthusiasm went overboard saying she is really excited for me several times. I am an authentic physic and practiced magic for 8 years before I stopped 6 years ago— I howver do no practice for business— I do it to help people and tithing as low as a dollar usually went to Church or any charity of their choice — I wanted someone to do a spell for me as I was emotionally involved in the situation— I have done angelic rituals before using David Goodard's book and YES they do work... So I was hoping to find a genuine practioner for my situation. She asked me for $125 saying it was discounted from $1700... She clearly made it known that she was indeed trying to help me= But guess what, until I submitted information and pictures, she did not bother to ask me for these... Doing magic you will want to be connected to the client as much as possible. Anyway& the flag came when I asked her the nature of her magic&she replied vaguely. This was when I created my own psychic defense and said to protect me if it was a scam. Then I asked her why her email was YAHOO from CANADA, her paypal was from the US and her website registered in ARIZONA - I googled the name VERA and found rip off reports of the old website PSYCHIC READINGS BY VERA located in texas — did the website checking for the new VERA LOVE SPELLS and saw it was newly made, less than two months in fact... So I studied her website - there was no contact number, and it was filled with purchases for spells&a website like this could make tons before getting discovered... in her website she had Worldspellguide21st that rated her number #1 rated online (her website is fairly new) she had THE WOMEN' NETWORK with the exact logo and The Irish Celtic Circle Reincarnation... None of these seem to be online and was tied to her or her website... I emailed her politely asking her about her website being new and clarifying that PAYPAL does not refund if the product was SERVICES& she came back to me saying to go elsewhere and get help and saying her refunds were via cheque and not through PAYPAL— of course, anyone that has dealt with paypal knows that this is not how refunds happen. If you study the "old " Vera website it has the " return your lover" clause, this is the same marketing pitch she uses in her VERA LOVE SPELLS... Fortunately for me, I was sent an invoice via paypal but was not due to pay till 2 days after= if I had paid that, refund would have not been given by paypal as her product invoice was for SERVICES.
Red flag:
1) New website created June 12
2) Another VERA physic in the same area was reported in RIP OFF
3) Claims a 100 percent Money back Guarantee but Paypal does not refund for SERVICES - so technically she is not frauding you
4) In her terms and conditions she says that the website the products and services are for entertainment purposes only and to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, the SITE hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied. This will include but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5) she uses a canadian yahoo email for paypal
6) she has no contact numbers / emails in her website at all
Scammers can often find loopholes in transactions like these& but for the those that are looking for real spell casters, they will find themselves getting sucked in for probably more than just a fair amount... They create new websites until they are found out... Don't lose heart - there are real psychics and spell casters out there (I used to belong to a group most of of us dont use it as a business) but the authentic ones truly work in a different way. You will know. Pray for one. When the student is ready, the teacher will come.
