We returned our set of disks after leanning the price. We made no complaints, were within the time limit set by the company, called, followed their rules for returning the disks... And even spoke to a costumer service rep that told us we would see the return of our nearly four hundred dollars in twentyone days.
On day 24 (buissness days) we called again to encounter a series of phone loops dead ends and no one that can actually do anything. The most we got even with threats of law was a return of our money in ten more days...
