I have found out from others at the property listed at 4460,4662, 4670,4772 N Banner drive that others like myself have moved out and cannot get their deposits back. I myself Lost money and could not take them to court as I moved out of State. The previous tennet at 4662 N Banner Drive never recived there refunds either. Had I stayed in thr Long Beach Area I would have won as they never provided recipetss for the repairs. Other tennets have called me and I have said theire is not much you can do.
Ernst @ Hass the former mangment Company will not help their former tennets as they know longer own the bulding. I recived notifciation from the Better Busines Berau that Amera mangment property investments will not answer my complient. I settled for peinnes on the dollar and now anther tennet that moved out of State is haveing the same problems. Plesae stay away from this company as well as ernst @ hass.
