Incorrect gift card never replaced - giftcard

When I recieved an incorrect card (Friday's instead of Ruby Tuesday) I returned it to the address cutomer support provided. I still have not recieved my replacement card, nor have any of my e-mails requesting information been answered. I'm fed up.
