I took my biplane to this idiot (David Bishop of Bishop Aviation LLC of North Vernon, Indiana OVO airport) over two years ago and all he did was lie to me and did not put the parts on the plane that I had shipped to him. When I got it back the parts were not on it and it was not done legally. He quoted a price and a time frame which were not even close to what I really spent. All I got was excuses and lies about how bad my airplane was after he started. The paint is already peeling off after only six weeks. Bishop even charged me for damage he created claiming it was no good anyway.

I made a visit and found half the crew to be drinking on the job in the middle of the afternoon beer and whiskey bottles everywhere. David Bishop gets drunk daily around lunch time, from what I am told most likely to deal with his guilt. For those of you that have had bad experiences with David E. Bishop Aviation LLC you know precisely what I am talking about.
