I was summoned to court for owing Capital one $500. I didn't believe it because I owed other places more money. The person suiing me was one Derek McGavic and his lawfirm. I called distressed to beg them not to garnish and they were amused. The amount has now gone up to some $2030 and continues to rise. I don't know how they got my information. Is there anything I can do to stop this unjust garnishment?
