I own a rental condo in Houston, Texas. When a tenant change, I am required to change the key. So, I called USA Locksmith. They quoted $39 for coming and $25 for each re-key. I have 3 doors to re-key. Unfortunately, I was not at the site. USA Locksmith charged me $247. This same job was done in Aug for $60. I still have the receipt with me from 2005.

I called their customer service to complint. They are arogent.

I called and asked for the owner. But he will never come on the line. Also, I learned this company is a mobile call center. They probably is a middle man and don't have their own employee. Any way I filed a complaint with BBB. I checked BBB record, there are a lot of complainats against this company.

Please spread the word around never to call USA Locksmith. Does any one know a method to spread this news every where. They are not trusthwory company
