Recieved suspicious mail from "Award Notification Commission" They want a $11.98 fee to get you on a so-called Premium purchase plan. They say you are eligible for a $2 million drawing.
The sponsor is not clear, no phone, no email. Since this offer looks as if it were from an official Commission of the State of Kansas, I looked on their Kansas State Web Site. There is NO such commission listed. Do not fall for this SCAM.
