Jk harris and company casused a major foreclosure on our community church by promising to make an offer and compromise with the irs. Jk harris never file and offer and compromise application inspite the 5200 dollar retainer fee that love christian church of raleigh nc collected and paid to thier company. When jk harris failed to fulfill thier contracual obligation the church filed a chapter 11 with additioal fees to save the church but was not success becasue we were waiting for the professional guidiance of jk harris who left the church helpless. The church then had no other choice but to file a chapter 7.
This company has and continue to hurt so many inocence people. Please something must be done to stop such criminal practice. This company is a reflction of the corporate greed that is destroying our great country.
Incidently the church value at i. 3 million not including the content that was lost due to foreclosure. I would be willing to share this story with the media if it will help those who have been lied to and deceived by jk harris company.
