I had a terrible experience with FWM Laboratories. I responded to a FREE TRIAL OFFER for Acid Berry Detox. I paid for s/h only $3.95 and received the product.
After a few weeks, and not trying the product, I received my credit card statement showing a cost of $87.13 for this product. I did not approve this charge and called the company with my complaint.
After several days, hours and customer service reps (5 reps to be exact and over 4 hours on the phone), I said I did not want the product and it needed to be omitted from my credit card. I then found out another $87.13 was charged to my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I thought all had been taken care of with my first initial phone call until I called my credit card company and they told me of another charge added to my card.
I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. I finally received a confirmation that my account w/them has been cancelled but I have not gotten a credit for the two charges of $87.13 off my statement as of this date. On 1/16/09, I received a package delivered by UPS of Acid Berry Detox. I did not order this or wanted it. I then went to the post office and returned the product back to the company by certified mail at a cost of $6.41 of which I paid.
I want everyone to know of the SCAM this FWM Laboratories is doing to the public. DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ OVER THE NET!!!
I sent them a very nasty and long complaint detailing all the difficulities I have had since receiving the TRIAL OFFER!!! I demanded and full credit to my credit card account of $174.26 immediately, if not sooner. I also demanded that they MAIL ME a letter showing the credit. I truly don't trust e-mails entirely. I still believe in PAPER TRAIL.
