Arroyo purchased an item from me online and paid by electronic check. Arroyo's check bounced after the merchandise was delivered to Arroyo at his Reading address (the Berks County PA property records show the building is co-owned by SHEILA L ARROYO).
Arroyo ignored all contact attempts to make good on the bad check he had written and kept the merchandise.
