During the last year I've observed my Con Edison bill obtaining progessivly bigger. A newest trend may be the outragous shipping costs! This last statement I applied simply under 18.97 over real energy. The remainder of the 81.50 statement are shipping costs, surcharges & fees
I've created to Con Edison on numerous events. They can't adequately expalin the costs possibly just they observe them as reasonable. Last month I talked to some customer support broker. They woman was apologetic, but nonetheless not able to clarify how I'm spending shipping costs & costs take into account nearly 70% of the statement
Con Edison understands that people basically don't have any option & don't have any option of this type for electric solutions.
The typical average person simply directs them a check each month without actually taking a look at their statement. If more individuals reported we may get anyone to understand this "misuse of energy".
