Services not rendered, was promised (money back guarantee after 6 months) that my website would be in the top search results in search engine google within 6 months, I have yet to find it anywhere in google, I also make a monthly installment of $79.99, I was late for one and another transaction was cancelled, so they have one dept. That calls another dept. To tell them I have not payed, so they will leave me a message, so I come home and pay it and they keep calling so finally I call back because they are threatening to stop my service, and the lady tells me I should have called her to let her know I have payed, and she was real short and rude about it, after I told her that I pay them for a service and should not have to call them to let them know I payed, in my opinion thats what the other dept, should do. But overall I am displeased with the results and the overall customer service, I don't think they are legitimate and I have recently found a lot of similar blogs and web pages stating the same issues from other clients.
