On Tuesday SEPEMBER 2ND I placed an order with JDCwigs through their web site for 10 inch custome full lace no stretch lace wigs. I checked the order status and it said shipment will be shipped on October 31st, I waited untill October 31st, and by the second week of November I still had not received the wig. I then tried calling and emailing their customer service but no one got back to me. I called the number on their web page which I had called previously and spoke with customer service rep, but to my shock, I found out that the number was no longer in existence. I was charged a total of $213.94 on my Visa credit card.
I have tried so many times to get in touch with some body but still no sucess, untill now when I saw reports from other customers regarding the same ripe off from JDCwigs.
Please I am appealing to someone to assist, not neccessarily because of my money (though of course I want my money back) but because of credibilty, intergrity and business ethics, If someone took your possesion without paying for it, that person will be held liable, so if a company decides to take peoples money under false pretense that company should be held accountable so that this type of scam/deceit will not continue. I am willing to do what ever I can do to see that I recover my money.
This is not acceptable at all.
