This company also charged a debit card and a credit card of mine from 2 different banks on 11/19, with the approvals going through on 11/21. I found this during a routine check of my accounts today, which I do regularly.
When I attempted to call the business, the number was disconnected. When I googled them, I found about 100 other complaints listed on a message board, all with the exact same thing done to other consumers in the exact same small amount of. 24 on the same date, all across the United States.
I had no choice but to cancel my cards via the after hours phone lines, as the banks have closed until Monday. I am concerned this isnt enough to protect me. Luckily, I have no overdraft charges involved, but others may not be so lucky. I plan to file fraud complaints with my banks as soon as they open on Monday.
I also filed a complaint with IC3, the FBI online fraud division. I would encourage all consumers to file the same complaint, and to check your debit, credit cards, and bank accounts.
