I was referred to Mr. Don Sessions for a employment discrimination case. I was told that he has represented several cases involving discrimination based upon sexual orientation and has been sucessful in this type of case. I then discovered that Mr. Sessions had donated money to the yes on prop 8 campaign - the anti-gay prop on the California Ballot. I then found dug a little deeper and found out that someone else was referred to Mr. Session who had an case complete with documentation that proved discrimination based on sexual orientation. He was told by Mr. Sessions that his case was nearly impossible to pursue and to drop it. Later that same person went to another attorney and discovered that he had a very easy case and was able to reach a settlement quickly. This person pretends to be an attorney on your side but allows his biggotry to overrule the practice of law.
