Debbie Frampton is known in the reining world and does not had a very good reputation; she's been known to write bad checks and not stick to deals that she makes; she's guaranteeing her horses our sound 100% in every way and is guaranteeing that she will refund your money if they aren't; she's also been known of neglecting her horses and have had many reports filed on her. I bought a 4-year old reining horse that she has listed on DreamHorse and in her ad she indicates that this horse is 100% sound in every way; she told me that she would give me 14 days for a vet check and if the horse is not sound, she would return my money; in 3 days I had a vet check performed and she was found lame in her front feet; Debbie first agreed to tacking the horse back and returning my money, but then became very scare to contact and started not returning any of my calls; it's been now over two weeks and she refuses to return my calls. I am currently pursuing legals matters towards Debbie Frampton for the full refund of this horse. I've talked to the local sheriff who told me she does not take care of her horses and does not have a very good reputation; I was also told that her membership was suspended from AQHA for multiple reasons, including writing bad checks, but her membership has been reinstated. Please beware of this dishonest person.
