They have somehow accessed my credit card and the number listed on my card is for auto information

The automatic program does now understand any of the optionsI gave it. It may accept my credit card number. But I wouldn't give it out. They cannot find my phone number, but they have it now. I have no idea who they are. There seems to be no human contact for them.
