Digital Design Inc. Is a Massive Illegal Fax Spammer. They continue even if you opt out. They send Spam Faxes for various products/scams.

The Spam Fax has:
1) a respond fax # 866 264 1649 which was always busy, perhaps because I had opted out. However opting out did not stop the Spam Faxes. It doesn't make sense for it to always be busy, how can the "suckers" respond to the Scam?
2) an opt out phone # 866 282 8543 which is a recording. This does NOT stop the Spam Faxes.
I was able to identify the company by googling the fax # which took me to Time Zones for PC's. There I found several complaints re. Spam Faxes for various products/scams.
I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Tennessee Attorney General @ consumer. Affairs@state. Tn.Us.
