(both Use Same Address) Received membership card in mail and unable to reach them to cancel

I was unable to reach them by telephone after holding for as high as 30 minutes at a time trying to get through to cancel this unsolicitated membership.

I also ran across several websites profoundly calling them ripoff companies.
