Perfact Home Fraudgulant charges to my debit acct

Charges on our credit report from our Credit Union alerted my wife who thought, I had placed on our credit acct.

I checked with the Travis Credit Union about these charges and found out they were from UMG*AUTOHOTLINE (perfact home)

Which neither my wife or myself autherised, so I placed a stop payment on the charges. We had 3 months of billing at $11.99 per month.

I am informing the Credit Union of this fraud and, requesting a reimbursment, of these charges.
