Fraudulently charged my credit card $39.90 on March 29 Salt Lake

I have automatic payment on this Credit Card because I am frequently away from home and would run the risk of not paying on time.By the time I learned of the unauthorized charge the credit card company had paid Passive Profits, Inc and I have not been able to get any response from them.
