Was ripped off for 300.00 by phone promising a greditr card that i never got

Eceived what seemed like a genuine credit card offer, these people are pros, they debited 300.00 cash from my checking account on 04/08. Said my card wouls arrive in approx. 7-14 days but no card and no response to phone calls
