Whwn I called the numberr listed on usacomplaints.com's home page the phone wqas answered with "My Access Credit", now that sounds a little fishy to me. They asked for my name and and said that I had filled out a form and then when I asked they told me it was for $149.00. They were going to send me out another form to apply for my refund. I had recieved a form but when I tried to find out information on the company i could not find it. Now I must wait for their form to arrive again and send them that plus a bank statement showing the charge, then they will DECIDE if i should get my refund. This stinks!
