Complaint / review text:
This happened 2 times - both on Sunday nites. Both times I ordered a Mashed Potatoe Bowl & a chicken breast. This first time I got a half empty potatoe bowl that was missing gravy & cheese & instead of a breast I got a thigh. The following Sunday I got another half empty bowl missing ingredients. I placed a complaint online & was left a message by the manager of the store & within 7 days I returned his call leaving him a message but never got a call back. I then placed another complaint online referencing all details & here it is 5 weeks later & still have not been contacted. Evidentally customer satfication is not a priority with KFC, even their corporate office. I will not be visiting there again. Thankfully we have Popeyes chicken even closer than KFC.
