Nevada telephone, dishonest employees all over nevada at nevada telephone

In September I gave Nevada Telephone $98.00 to cover the bill to the end of the year. Unfortunately, their printer was down and they said they would mail me a receipt. Lies, lies, lies now they are even too lazy to check the handwritten receipts to confirm this monies were actually given to them... The employees at Lake Mead and Nellis STOLE the cash. And did not credit it to my account.
