I also fell for this scam. I asked for a refund within 24 hours on their [email protected] and did not get any action.

I founf their phone number on my credit card statement and have called in for a refund. It is within 30 days and they said they would credit my account within 5-7 business days. Will see if it happens. Thier phone number is 1-800-785-8042.
