Deceiving business, does not deliver as advertised, very non professional

This firm/website claims to provide professional investigation service, like phone numbers, date of birth etc.

Instead what they are perfoming is nothing but deceiving business even in their so said "upgraded" service called Net Detective Plus Advanced Edition (for an extra fee). They were not able to provide even a phone number, birthdate or some verified facts. Just a simple address. Everything was just vague info. Nothing other than freely available information was delivered in each case. There is even a referal website that wrongfully refers them as "professionals" and that is consumersguide.org/onlineinvestigationreviews

I hope this will help other people not to get screwed by them.
