I received a letter stating that I had been randomly chosen via a computer ballot draw from 1500000 names drawn from Europe, Asia, and North America. The total cash prize was 3500000.00 USD, and it was to be shared among 18 winners. They had enclosed a check for 2996.80 for international clearance fees in the amount of 2845.00 I had won 120000.00 and I would receive 114000.00 because there was a 5% sponsor commission. I had to call Cassandra Bryd of Alpha Financiers by February 8 (today) to claim my prize and that she would activate my check. I did call her and she told me to cash the check and to send a money gram to Irene Connor 6980 Ingleside Ontario, Canada N2T4Q3. Before cashing the check and sending out the money gram my Mother told me to look into it. So I decided to go on line and look, unfortunately they are frauds. I am a single mother and I waitress for a living. This stupid scam realy got my hopes up that my prayers had been heard and I was going to catch a break. I hope something can be done to stop them so they can't continue to do this to people
