Here is the story: Eric White, representing Direct USA Foods showed up at our door in Fernandina Beach Florida, and told my wife a story about a 'Delivery Issue' and 'Overstock' leading him to offer us cases of frozen meat just so he could recoup his cost. She wrote a check for $155 which was cashed almost immediately.
A week later I thawed some of the food for a diner party. The meat had a peppery smell, was slimy and the fiber looked like it had started to break down. It has been over a month now. We called numerous times, and although they promise that the local office will call us, we are yet to hear from them. We will go as far as we have to get our money back on principles, but we write this hoping that other people do not fall for the same deal'.
