I Had Bought 2 puppies from RGV puppies / jessica Lynn of Mc Allen Texas. She conned me so good. I had bought 2 Chihuahua cross with Mini Pins. She seemed like a very nice lady. Then I got my Puppies.
When I picked them up from the airport they were covered in filth. It was so bad. Poop, pee, food and water every inch of the Pet carrier was covered along with the puppies. They were shaking so bad. I got them home and bathed them right away. They were two females and the one puppy was so tiny.
After the bath they ran around like crazy and ate alot.By the following mornign they both had diareha and were vomiting. Jessica told me this was stress from the plane ride. I took what she said at face value because i know chihuahuas can be very finiky.By the seconed morning they were vomiting even worse and had blood in thier dieareah and urine.By this time it was a sunday and I couldnt reach a vet.
By monday the smallest wasnt moving to eat or go to the bathroom she just urinated and had dieareah where she lied. I took them straight to the vet. The vet had to do blood work and gave me meds but asked if I wanted to put the smallest one to sleep as he felt she wouldnt make it. He said her symptoms were those of Parvo. I said I wanted to try the meds.
By monday night the smallest one took her last breath in my arms. She passed away and i had only had her for 4 days. The bigger one was still very ill. I went back to the vets monday and they sent the smallest away for cremation the tests had come back positve for Parvo. They also gave me very strong dewormer. As she was filled with worms she had round worm, tape worm and whip worm.
Thankfully the bigger one survived. I told Jessica what happend and she said she had never had a case of parco before. She sent me $200. Back but never replaced the puppy. I had over $1500 in vet bills. She told me she didnt have anymore money but what she could do was let me sell 4 of her puppies for whatever price I wanted to sell them for and i only had to give her $300 for each of them including the shipping.
At this time I was very concearned that her puppies may all have parvo. She assured me that they were fine and that she would buy new wormer for them. She said she had her vet look at all of them and they were all ok. I figured she must be right as the biggest one got better right after the worms were cleared up.
I sold several of her puppies for her. I also was selling off some of our belongings as i had to pay these vet bills she asked me to send her a ps2 i was selling on ebay and she would give me one of the dogs for free to sell. I sent her the PS2.
I then recived a call from a lady in Toronto who said the dog she had recived was very ill and had gurdia. She said she would send me the vet records as by the time he passed away he was only 7oz's. I told jessica about this and she never offered to replace this puppy nore did she offer the woman a refuned.instead she did nothing even though when she sells her puppies she says they come with a 1 year health garuntee. She never Stood up to that garuntee with myself or the other lady.
By this time I had been talking with Jessica for several months and notice that she was either always sleeping, or on her computer I point blankly asked her how it is she can care for all of these dogs she had sent me pictures of and puppies if she was always in bed or on the computer or gone. She said her boyfriend cleans the kennel in her yard everyday.
I even said that doesnt sound right you arent giving these dogs any attention. I then found out that she never knows which female is breeding to which male. The pics I had sent to me of the dogs were of very thing dogs that dont look like they eat. He excuse was you would be that thin to if all you did was hump all day and night.
When reciving the puppies i noticed allot of them had many bite marks all over them and some to the point piece of thier ears were falling off. Their ears were dirty and thier nails were not clipped. I had a complaint from another lady regarding the fact that pieces of the dogs ear had fallen off and he had missing hair from bites. I again said this to jessica and she said it was from being in the pen and play fighting.
I couldnt belive it I said to her why would the puppies be outside in a kennel she told me it isnt the same kennel as the adult dogs. Either way they are still outside with the same lack of attention as the older dogs. I also noticed that if she couldnt sell the dog by the time it came in heat they were put into the pen with the adult dogs and started breeding.
She even sent me a picture of one of her dogs who had just finished weaning her puppies. She had been put back into the pen. She was like omg i didnt even know she had already come into heat and she was laughing cause her boyfriend had went to clean the pen and called her out because she was stuck to a male. She took pictures of this and sent them to me thinking this was funny.
I finally said omg she is nothing but a puppy miller who doesnt care about any of the dogs she has. I told her I would no longer sell her dogs as i didnt need the stress from epole calling me because she sent them very sick puppies. Or very damanged puppies from bite marks caused by the other dogs.
I then spoke to a few other breeders she had introduced me too. One of them had told me she had bought a puppy from Jessica and it to had gotten very ill and died. All the symptoms were the same as my dogs. She sent a replacement puppy for her but that was it.
Also She said she would send me a dewormer for whenever the dogs came to my home before going to the home I sold them too. She said to give them 10cc's a day for 5 days. I thought ok. When i got the medication in the mail. I Couldnt belive my eyes it was medication for a horse and a very large dose but she also included a bag of syringes. When I asked her about this she said it was cheaper to buy horse medication and she didnt need a perscription from a vet for it. How the heck can you give puppies medication that is for a horse.
She has now even said that The PS 2 i sent her doesnt work. I told her if she was having an issue it was probably a lose laser from the shipping as for some reason it got delayed at customes and took almost a month to get to her. She then told me that it was the mod chip and the laser and they both needed to be replaced at a cost of $160 bucks. Which I know for a fact is untrue as my husband was playing it right up till we packed it up and mailed it to her.
She has also filed a claim with her credit card saying I had used it without her permission. Which again is untrue she gave me her credit card information to book a flight for her puppy to be shipped to the buyer. As she had already delayed the shipping twice as she said she just didnt have the time to book it. I called booked the flight. She never said a thing to me then suddenly i get a phone call saying i had done this. I told them to look at the paper work they would see that the puppies were being shipped and they were her puppies. They could also see she had booked several flights with her credit card to ship puppies before.
This woman is a con artist. She doesnt treat any of her many many dogs with love or care. They are all locked outside in a kennel there are at least 40 dogs. The puppies are also locked out in a kennel. She has now made new websites with new names. She will not allow any buyer to come to her home to see the puppies. So they dont see the state that they are in. She has many many addresses she uses for people to send payments so they never find her.
I Hope that she gets shut down. I have also reported her to many rescue groups. Along with the police and the animal controle in her area. They have confirmed they have had many complaints in regard to this. Unfortunatly there are not many laws against this kind of animal crulety in Texas. So heres hoping someone finally does something about her.
I am just sorry I ever came across her website and ever became associated with her. Please don't ever buy a puppy from her. No reputable breeder will call them Tea cup Chihuahuas. Reputable breeders will give you more then a 1 year garuntee, they will keep in contact with you making sure the puppy they sold is being well cared for and is healthy. Reputable breeders will know which dog bred with which dog. She registers her dogs with the Continetail kennel club. I have seen many of her papers. That came with diffrent puppies from diffrent litters born around the same time but amazingly they all have the same mother and father. Ivana humpalot and chico schanches. She needs to be stoped. These two people are the same woman. This is her way of scamming more people and tosell more sick puppies.
