I am informing people that Tom Lang, the Code Officer of Tyrone, does not do his job and needs to be replaced!
There were differnt situations that I had to deal with Mr Lang. I had lived in two different places that had code violations and he refuesed to do anything about it until it was too late.
First place, was his friends, the Bonnsels. His response to it was, You need to find another place to live! Eventually there was an elec. Fire that ended up condeming the house on July 31st '01! I was illegally locked out of that place, and some of my animals died due to me not being able to get to them. Nothing was done to them.
The second place was at Dennis Finks house. Another "good friend" to Mr Lang! From June '04 to Oct '05 I was after the code officer about Mr Fink not doing his duty to fix the place. Mr Lang took pictures, but nothing came of it until the place was red-tagged on Oct 19th '05.
Other places that hes not "friends" with get cited over and over for any small detail, but not his "friends", who he lets rent places that are not up to code.
We need a true Code Officer in there thats not going to "help" his "friends" get over the codes by doing patch up jobs!
