David Wayne Smith was to build a pool enclosure after Michels Screening had not done the work. Michels Screening told me they would return my deposit, but did not. See usacomplaints.com on Michels Screening. I paid David Smith both by check and cash in the amount of $2715.00. This was so he could buy materials to start the pool enclosure. I have not been able to contact him. I found out recently that he is in jail for Grand Theft Auto. I also found out that he has done this to many people - asking for a deposit to buy materials and then not doing the work or disappearing.
