Ripoff promised refund if active account did not generate a certain amount within 30 days, but website did not exist to activate account

I logged on to Dale Douglas's aka Peter Martinez, which apparently is this scam artist's legal name; instant cash machine website, in the hopes of joining a legitimate money making opportunity. I went back several times, looked up Dale Douglas and the money-making opportunity and found nothing amiss. It was after I had already purchased the downloadable book did I first hear the name Emarket professionals, and then looked it up only after I could not access the website, which bears the emarket name in order to activate my account, and found out that the names Dale Douglas and emarket professionals were both synonomas with scam. It turns out this Martinez is even a supposed ordained minister spreading the word of God. If this creep can use God in his extortions there's no telling how low he would stoop.

Anyway, I immediately looked up more information just confirming even more so the fact that I had been had, and immediately called my bank to cancel my card and put a hold on the account which was already pending the amount. I was told they were going to put a claim on the amount if it were to go through, and then be able to credit the 97.00 back to my account. As of this posting I do not know if this has or will be done yet. What I want out of this is to find a way to get a hold of this guy and anyone else who is scamming innocent people who are just trying to better themselves and their lives by starting a home business. I work very hard for my money and don't have much of it, as I'm sure is the case for millions of honest hardworking American citizens. A legal fight needs to be launched against this guy and any other people who find it alright to deceive, and basically rob millions of unsuspecting people. This needs to be stopped, because if there is a way to keep even one person from going through what I, and I'm certain many others have gone through, it will be worth it. I think all who have been wronged in this scam should unite and file a lawsuit against this man, his co-horts, and all of his organizations.

The media can be used to spread this guys name and deceitful information all over the nation, and either ruin his reputation forever; and/or possibly get every person he's ever stolen from their money back. If we can get enough of us together maybe we can make a difference. We have got to find a way to stop this kind of criminal behavior once and for all, so that maybe in the future when someone goes on-line to look for a business opportunity they can rest-assured that all postings will be registered with a consumer protection organization or they will not be allowed to advertise. The future of reputable home business and other income opportunities depends on it.
