Stephanie Hegg has control issues. She must *know* that every man she comes into contact with wants her. Of course the minute she gets them, she will cheat on them or leave them.

She has attended parties with lists of men to screw, and as a result many unknowing men know share the HPV she likes to keep secret.
She cheats incessantly, in one case, her lover left his mark on her, so she covered her tracks by crying rape on the lover who still to this day gets physical attacks from total strangers who have been duped by her story.
Steph is very good at selling herself as a victim, and will turn her malicious stories upon anyone who discovers the truth.
Her boyfriends are taken in and leap in to defend her until they too, find they have become the "aggressor/stalker/rapist/abuser".
With sufficient investigation anyone will find a LONG list of victims of her games.
