I did not pay back loan and I admit that. Call To Tom at Guardian, had verbal agreement on replayment plan, I made first payment and they cashed it, Were to send me terms after first payment was received by them, Instead I got Garnishment order, Manager denies making agreement when in fact he did and he is lying to avoid trouble with his supervisor, His Supervisor Matt Marsch was going to drop garnishment until Tom talked him into not doing garnishment, News has been contacted and I have an appointment with reporter. Should not be allowed to lie
