Artificial turf fell apart and company stopped replying

I used this company in October to install 4000 sq feet of artificial turf. Two years later, in Dec. 2012, I discovered that the product is bad and falls apart. I contacted the company. They agreed and would replace it. I had several phone calls with them in 2013. The last time was in August, and since then no answer anymore or a word of replacement. They gave me an eight year warranty at the time. I called the number attached to the warranty and the answer was: we do not know Global Turf in Arizona. So much for the integrity of this company. Do not use them.
