My wife and I were looking for a small Advanced payday loan. We were notified by this company and letting us know that we were excepted for a $2000 loan We just had to provide $150 in advance to process paperwork and once they receive that within 60 minutes the money would be deposited into our checking account. After an hour I called the company back and spoke with David Cooper who I originally spoke to which is obviously a made-up name Due to his accent on the phone. At that time he told me that the IRS was holding our money due to our credit score not being higher than seven Hundred. I asked him him since when the IRS started getting involved with personal loans and he told me that they always have. He referred to the IRS as the IRC a couple times and some other abbreviations. I have called them at least nine times wanting my money back and they told me that I would not be getting my money back because it is the IRS's fault that the loan did not go through. But then on the 20th I received a phone call from David Cooper stating that if I paid them another a $150 he Could permanently fix my credit score from 589 to 700. Before making some of these calls I downloaded an application for my iPhone that recorded phone conversations. I will attach one conversation that has him telling me about spending another $150 so he could permanently change my credit score and then I asked him if that is illegal and then he tells me that he works for the federal company in Washington DC of Southwest Washington And this is all legal. The tape is 11 to 14 minutes long I believe and I have five other recorded phone calls just like this one.

Any attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated because I would really love to have a huge lawsuit against this company. When I called back their comments made a sexual nature of what they would do to my wife and to my kids and is just by far the most weirdest situation I have been in my entire life.
