I have ordered a product on 7 th Sept and do not have any correct update on it.
First time when I called executive informed that I will get the product next day.
I waited for two days and called again with an answer product is out of stock and will inform after 10 days but no update provided.
I have called again and the reply was server down call back again.
Finally yesterday I called and they told still the product is not in stock, I asked then what other options I have and they told they can credit back the amount into the account and I can order other product, I said ok and confirmed to do it, and till now noting has been credited to my account yet.
