I made the deal with Abdul Rahim..
For: recycle HDPE milk bottle (in bale)
Since they are located in Malaysia, so I asked him if we can pay 10% then visit him. After visit, we'll pay the other 20%. (term is 30% in advance, then 70% after cargo received.) And this proposal is agreed, so I wired the money. However, after money is sent, he took one week to confirm for receiving. Also, he changed his mind, saying that his management team insist to get 30%... But I complain with him, saying it's not the deal. So I want my money back..

Wait for weeks, no more words / skype from him.

I believe he cheated my money. Please help..
