in Austin, Texas. I had lost money on what turned out as a "419 advance scam" run by people who used the names of Wendy Brown and Isaac Quainoo. Francis Opoku claimed to have been with
Ghana's Bureau of Investigation for 7 years and he promised to get my money back. He claimed that he would definitely get me my money back! That was 5,700.00 USD ago. He claimed that I would be rewarded $20,000. USD by the Ghanan Government for cooperating to bring these scammers to justice! This all culminated this past week, August 28 when I cut it off.
