Went on the US Postal site to change my address after putting in my change of address I received a conformation email by movingconcierge. I didn't realize I was not using the legit US Postal site to change my address until I kept receiving numerous spam emails from moving concierge. My bank account was deducted $39.95 for an address change. The moving concierge site does not have a 1800 number to contact anyone, only an email address. When you send them an email it sends you one back claiming that a representative will be responding soon. What a surprise, no response. Scam!!!
