In the process of financing a car, my co-signer and I had to temporary change our address to match. My salesperson told me that we could change it online for $1. She proceeded to go to the website that asked for our information and we entered it with no hesitation. Trusting that we would only be charged the amount that our salesperson told us.instead we were charged $39.95 each and Oak Motors hasn't did anything to resolve the situation and neither has Fast Change Address.
