You have to be very, very careful buying anything from those scammers. I ordered a customized wedding dress from them for $200. I had long email conversations with one of the "managers" called Jessie, she promised me the dress would be just like I ordered it, with my measurements and all the alterations I wanted. After 6 weeks the dress finally arrived, in a small padded envelope?! After opening the envelope the nightmare became reality - they sent me the wrong dress. It was the dress they offered in their eBay add, but before all the alterations they were going to do for me. The measurements were wrong, the color was wrong, the lace was wrong, pretty much everything that I wanted, they didn't even try to do. They just sent me any random dress they still had in stock, probably somewhere in the basement because the dress stank horrible.
So after contacting them about my dress, they said they were going to fix the mistake which I am still waiting on. No communication, no money back, no new dress, nothing. I kept bugging them about my dress and then Jessie, the most horrible person and liar I've ever had to deal with, asked me to put the dress on and send her pictures and measurements of the dress while I'm wearing it. I still can't believe this woman's nerves, after lying to me, an sending me the wrong dress, 8 weeks before my wedding. Even after sending her the pictures she refused to do anything for me. There is nothing else to say. She knew what she did, she was 100% aware of the fact that they sent me the wrong dress and she new she wasn't gonna do anything about it. Why is that?! Because there just a pack of SCAMMERS and LIARS and that is what those people do. I opened a Paypal case and reported to eBay but since they took 6 weeks to send me the dress, it was too late for PayPal to help me out. Very smart of them... So I kept bugging this horrible Jessie person and finally she agreed to giving me my money back once I returned the dress. I told her I wasn't going to do it because I know what a liar she was and she would never give me the money back. She sent me another email saying she would absolutely refund me the money once the dress came back to her. Silly me for believing this BS once again... I sent the dress back for $50 and what a surprise... Once she got the dress back, she told me she wasn't going to refund me the money because the dress was worn. So at this point I just felt sorry for this person because obviously she had some severe brain problems... For 6 weeks I was fighting with this joke of a human being because she almost ruined my wedding by sending me the wrong wedding dress and now she's telling me I wore the dress?! Alright... The dress didn't have my measurements and didn't fit, so NO, the dress was unworn my dear. I know it's useless to get so upset over those worthless people, but I'm just trying to prevent other brides from feeling betrayed and used so shortly before their wedding. Whatever they promise you, it's a lie and they're not going to anything but ripping you off. It's not worth the time and the money. I ended up buying a real wedding dress for $1000... I should've done that from the beginning instead of believing that anything good could come from these people. Be careful!!!
