I just heard the same story from a friend who has the same problem with this lady. If there are enough complaints filed legally, you should all start a class action lawsuit. If she doesn't have the money, I'm sure she has assets. Take some action before other people are taken advantage of in this scam. Obviously she's not worried about Karma. Maybe someone should give karma a nudge her way.
