Have been communicating with them on an ongoing basis since 3/22. On Wednesday, May 29, a representative told me my timeshare had been sold, and I would receive a check for $17,400 within 45 days after the final closing on June 15. I have been trying to contact them again since Tuesday, June 18, and have not been able to talk with them. When I call both telephone numbers, I am put on hold with a message: Your message is very important to use. Please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent" After 6 to 7 minutes on hold with music and the above repeated message, the voice says "good-bye" and I am disconnected. I have called these numbers 25 times at different times of the day since June 18th.
