Waste Management Consumer Complaing - Trash Pickup

Their customer service is awful. Our trash day is Wednesday, and I called ahead and paid extra for them to pick up a bulk item. The first time I called was Monday to get an estimate, the second time I called was to schedule the pickup (I was given different amounts each time and the customer service rep was angry when I questioned the amount the 2nd time). Wednesday, no pick up, called and ticket was filed. Thursday, no pick up, called and again ticket was filed and they assured me it would be picked up. Friday I had to call 3 times. The first time I got someone who could not even look up my account number, the 2nd time they said it was already scheduled and at 5 pm I called again and they said it was scheduled. It is now 9 pm on Friday, 3 days after my trash (and extra bulk item I paid for) were supposed to be picked up, as well as the rest of the streets trash. And still, no one has come to clean it up. This is ridiculous, I am paying for a service, and now I might as well have waited the extra week for the additional bulk item since they will most likely not refund my money even though it was an error on their part. The street reeks of old trash and I still have my bulk items sitting out in the yard. The whole point of paying the extra money was for them not to be still sitting there this weekend. Awful service!
