This company gave us a free trial of a product, which we paid delivery for of 4.50 (pounds) and now they have taken from our account 89.00 (pounds) and then another 95.00 (pounds) and they are refusing responsability even after I have spent time and 25 (pounds) in wasted phone calls. Please help...
